Instruments appear twice in GarageBand after Jam Pack Installation via MainStage 3

I installed the latest Version of GarageBand on a new system. After that I installed MainStage 3 and installed one of the Jam Packs (Remix Tools). When I search for an Instrument (like Big Beat Remix) it shows up twice in my instrument Browser. The Path is: Legay Versions - JamPack Remix Tools - Drum Kits and the second Instrument with the same Name: Logic - 04 Drums & Percussion - 02 Electronic Drum Kits. Before the installation of the JamPack none of the two appeared. Is this a bug?
